Joint Seafood was founded in 2018 as the original dry aged focused seafood market in Sherman Oaks. What began as a neighborhood shop has grown into a destination for seafood enthusiasts, known for a curated selection of premium fish, house-made specialties, and the home of sister concept, Uoichiba, a casual hand roll bar.

Today, their flagship location in Downtown Los Angeles stands as the largest dry aging fish facility in the world, allowing them to further refine and pioneer their dry aging craft at scale.
